I would like to purchase Turtle Tokens, however, I live in the U.S. so is there a conversion rate or is it dollar for dollar the same?

Things in the Turtle Shop. To access the Turtle Shop, click on the little crate icon near your mini-map in the upper right while in-game, and you can see what can be bought.
