The second moon, Blue Child

Is there anyway the turtle team can bring back the second moon, Blue Child? It was removed in vanilla when Blizz added weather effects in 1.10. I'm hoping that the turtle team can figure out a way to bring it back, especially since immersion and respect for the lore and world is important to the team.
