Find Frosty the Snowman in your capital city to journey to Winter Veil Vale and join the festive activities!

The event runs from December 15 to January 15.

• All quests have been reset for everyone.

• New snowball fight quest targets have been set — happy hunting!

• New this year: Find a tiny snowman in Winter Veil Vale and join the collective effort to build the biggest snowman in Azeroth, granting a world buff to everyone in the area!

• Changes to the Snowball Boss encounter:
  • The boss now patrols the area, respawning every 50-80 minutes at random locations.
  • Anyone can tap into the boss fight, regardless of the party or raid that initiated it.
  • The boss itself won’t drop loot. Be sure to accept the daily repeatable quest Peace Comes With a Price for a chance to earn festive rewards, including a unique mount!

Not really, last year was honestly a nightmare with how often Snowball spawned. Happy with the changes.

how is it possible to submit a complain here for this event. For the quest The Icy Menace the players are never online, it has been now approx. 5 days and 2 players have not been online even 5 mins in the last 5 days.

So my question is what kind of quest is this? Is this a scam so that on purpose cannot be finished and not receive the reward. I do not understand. Why make a quest like this when players are offline or maybe they are playing on alt chars just because of this reason?

Hello, my game has been permanently banned for using scripting software, but I have never used it before. I can swear to God, so how can I prove this or find a way to unlock my game account. In addition, I have three accounts, and if you mistakenly ban one of my accounts like this, I am worried that my other two accounts may face the same problem.
