Kara40 T3.5 Tokens

Hi,
Have looked on the internet and searched forums but i cant find anything on how getting T3.5 gear works.

Its defo not like NAxx tokens as there is no NPC anywhere that is dishing out quests in return for tokens/scraps.

However as per the DB i can see you hand in the token + some leys and stuff to Hierophant Nerseus or one of the other NPCs around the church. However, he doesnt have any quests for Tier Tokens, like the NPC;s do at LHC for naxx.

Anyone got any ideas what im missing?

I believe the quests only showed up when I had the actual tokens in my bags.
