Is there a way to add more macro icons or custom icons?

I feel like the icons for macros aren’t specific enough sometimes. I was wondering if there is an existing addon or anything that lets me use custom images

you can find the texture name of icons you want and edit them into the macros in the macros-cache.txt file found in the WTF/Account and in the character folders. You can easily get icon texture names by double clicking icons in the turtle database.
