Cannot choose Europe for server

Upon my first sign-in, I can only choose United States under "Choose your preferred location".

I am based in the EU and therefore would prefer to play on a server for Europe for timing reasons.

Is this possible, and what should I do to enable this option?

This choice is visual only. There is only 1 realm: RP/PVE and the server is located in UK.
The terms of a deal you accepted are not a suggestion. Respect them: viewtopic.php?f=2&t=2097
