Shadow Priest is weak...

Shadow needs a rework we are still a not viable DPS, add Vamperic Touch and Devouring Plague as dots for more dps.

SPriest is more than viable. No idea what you're smoking to think such a thing.

That being said it's not without its problems. How do we solve them? Remove the vampiric embrace cast time and tweak some numbers.

Yeah that's literally it.

Shadow priest is fine. Maybe Vampiric Touch casting time was too much.
