There are ton of unbalanced shit in pvp after the new patch but before even thinking to touch ehna pvp theres should be like one hundred other changes.
Theres but a short explanation behind all changes: The "Council" devs play alliance warriors/mages. The bias towards those two classes/faction is too obvious
I still really Hope this Is not a pvp Nerf but Just a wrong and random shit out of the Blue. This Is so bad not because its a massive Nerf ( which isnt) but because It makes no sense at all both from a pvp or a pve point of view.
It cant be some bias because their glass cannon mage standing still and spamming one of the Two broken new mage Channel abilities in melee range get 2 shotted by an ehna. Thats totally a skill issue.
Especially t2 for shamans was a very good entry point for the spec because in the range of onyxia,MC and bwl there were very few items good for the spec and itemization was a pain in the ass.

The crit boost for Redemption Chestplate or the healing buff for Ring of the Dreamwalker are nice, but the strength and stamina nerf on Earthfury and Ten Storms makes me feel a bit regretful, like trading physical damage for intellect, not sure if it's worth it!
I believe I understand the reasoning to a degree: enh, spec if not BiS can go oom rather quickly. Raising the mana pool somewhat helps a bit but the main problem is the mana consumption of the rotation using lightning shield and the lack of mana recharge effect (enh has a reliable way to discount spells via crits but the speed with which mana is drained is still very quick).
I believe that raising the mana pool a bit will not help a lot, the root cause is 'the price of keeping up the rotation'.

I never go OOM on my shaman. It was absolutely balanced. If you go ham on your dps skills, you SHOULD go oom, because this is not WotlK expansion. If you go low on mana, switch to water shield instead and recover. Paladins have to switch to Seal of Wisdom when low mana too... perfectly balanced
More INT helps nothing to shaman enhance. Same as absurd amount of INT in feral gear wich is totally useless

I see your point but for enh switching to water shield is a huge DPS difference, spec with LS.
It could still be okay if water shield + LS would mean an effective mana regen but water shield mana regen is really slow. It doesn't really fulfill its role as a temporary state to fill back to the LS rotation.
Sure, on CD mana consumes help a lot but I still think that lightning shield + LS rotation drains mana too fast.

Water Shield purpose is not filling your mana, that would be wotlk levels of class design. Its meant to make you last longer in fight, like every other mana regen spell

- Desert Wind Talisman | Removed 15 agility, removed 1 Physical Crit, added 3 mount speed, increased haste from 1 to 2.
Months of farming to get this item, and you just destroy its identity like this, turning it useless? WHY?
I second this. There are like 4 melee Necks in the entire Raid content (5 if you count Sadist Collar, which is more tank/pvp oriented and also Naxx loot so quite hard to obtain) and now you gut a good alternative from a Worldboss for literally no reason
Funny crap changes by TWoW designers, like wha da fack needs stupid mount speed on his items....

In raids you get pally, shadow priest and so on to do it.
In PvP shiits are down before you even waste all mana/unless you gets mana burned

its really quite simple. if you want to make PvP nerfs then nerf stam and armor, nothing else. its really not that hard.

Thank you for the changes to the T3 resto druid ring and the balance druid slippers and belt. All three of these changes are extremely welcome. If, at any time in the future, you want to boost balance a little, I would love if balance of all things would proc a little more often. As long as you have your dots active, you should have balance of all things benefits. Sometimes it can be several casts before even one stack shows up.
