Glyph master is missing at the High elf starting zone

It's already been reported in the bug tracker but what's the big idea, where did the Glyph master go? Either the npc is unable to spawn into the world for whatever reason, or the npc has spawned but has somehow fallen through the floor and disappearing out of bounds of the game world.

Well, if I remember correctly the Glyph master there was originally a human, and was standing next to the Mysterious Stanger who gives the hardcore challenge. Honestly, for a little while there was no Glyph master.
