I want to congratulate the Turtle wow teams, patch 1.7.2 is a success.
Jewel crafting fits wonderfully in the existing professions roster, however I can't understand why isn't it possible to add gems to trinkets?
I mean, trinkets are also categorized as miscellaneous, and it would make sense from a lore perspective to be gemmed.
I think you should be able to, since enchanting has many, many more item slot possibilities.
I'm asking the community if they consider that trinkets should also be able to be "gemmed" and push this idea forward to the Turtle wow team.
Implement adding gems to trinkets.
Re: Implement adding gems to trinkets.
You already got enhancements for 3 slots - that can be 36 healing power, or 18 agility/strength, or 15 spell power.
This is more than enough.
The only option that I think is still missing is offhand enchantment. Shield can be enchanted, but offhand not

I agree and disagree with your statement.
The current gem setup for rings and amulet isn't enough.
I'm looking at it from a lore and class build perspective, all pieces of armor/weaponry should have some form of upgrades through professions thus increasing the shopping list and participation to the economy.
