Hello, three days ago my account was banned, I made an instant appeal and the answer I received was that it had something to do with selling/buying gold/accounts to third parties. My defense is that I have nothing to hide if you check the IP of my account you will see that since I'm playing has always been done from the same address and the same computer, and as for the alleged sale / purchase of gold could review my history of mails sent / received, trades etc. and you will see that there is nothing wrong. I have been waiting for 3 days for someone to help me and no one has bothered to answer my appeal. I ask you to please fix this misunderstanding, I know there can be mistakes but they have to be fixed. Greetings and thank you for your attention!

The forums aren't the place for ban appeals, y'know. Whatever response you get will be something along the lines of telling you that and nothing else. Also, yes. Posts like these are very commonly locked and answered with a basic copy paste message telling you how to appeal- which you've already done. So, either they just haven't gotten to it yet, or you're not getting a reply for a reason. Nothing to do but wait.
