Shaman Restoration talents first row

So I noticed that there are different talents in Turtle talent calculator than there are in game. First row of Restoration tree in game has Tidal Focus. However, talent calculator shows Totemic Focus on the same spot which to be honest would make more sense because every build can benefit from reduced mana cost of totems. Otherwise there are just two healing talents that are usually worthless for Elemental and Enhancement builds.
