I am not able to pick up Horde quest for warlock succubus

Hi,

I am not able to pick up Horde quest for warlock succubus. I am currently lvl 26 and the quest should be available at lvl 20. The quest giver has a grey "!" above its head. I am an undead warlock, i made a ticket for GM's but that takes ages...

Some1 help me plz?
