Question: Cast time Aimed Shot 3? 3+0.5?

Dear hunters who plays on legal servers vanilla and remembers well. Aimed Shot cast time 3.00. or 3.00 +0.5 sec. I did notice that always have some delay after finishing casting and before it shoots. Thought this is lagg but i never had same delay with casting shadowbolt on my warlock.
My first hunter experience in vanilla was in 1.8.2, it was years and years ago but i dont remember any delay after finishing casting. So its bug or lag? Did anyone notice?

thx. but now i dont understand why in macro works only /cast comand. but other not
