Regarding hunter pets in Turtle WoW

I had hoped and wrote Blizzard numerous times about this issue, to no avail, which I feel is at the heart of why Blizzard's WoW was so appealing to me. Taming pets and having pet friends felt great, however, sadly it felt like they gave 4-5 families all the attention and the game in many ways punishes you, or seems to, for wanting to have, say, a Crocolisk for a pet rather than Broken Tooth.
I hope in the future, as the leading server in Vanilla+ content, Turtle WoW may finally finish what Blizzard started in this arena.

I'm not expecting every pet to be Broken Tooth, but it would be nice for the other pet families to at least be able to compete with something. I have suggested in the forum post linked above, some ideas.
And as I have now read, many other users.
Perhaps it would be easy to miss for people who don't play Hunter, however, for those who do, especially Beast Master, it's a big deal.

Also perhaps it would be good to open up a thread or place to list all the "new tameables" and changes for future reference.
