Moonkin crit aura scale with gears

there is 0 reason to bring a Moonkin to raid as right now(actually a DPS lost bring Moonkin instead of another meta DPS). and there is even less reason to give Moonkin play any gears. making crit aura scale with gear and able to reach upward 6% -8% crit would make bringing a Moonkin druid actually good. if we really refused to buff moonkin's personal damage by at least 50% (make moonfury 50% instead of 10% and scale with gears would be the easiest/fastest fix)
