Hot stacking

I remember back in Vanilla biggest headache was that Hots wouldn't stack from different druids. So I was wondering whether this thing was addressed in turtle wow ? Considering the addition of treeform etc. Thanks.

Me and my friend are leveling 2 druids, and we can not stack our hots together, so sadly no double rejuv or regrowths
