This will:
- Reduce warrior's DPS upper limit.
- Improve warrior's leveling experience.
- Make warrior less deadly in group PVP,
- Improve warrior's ability to fight in 1vs1.
- Require removal or modification of rage related item in game.
- Effect druid game play.
When a warrior change stance, a bear shape shift, combo points are lost, with talents such are tactical mastery to allow the class to keep combo points.
With this change, it will solve rage starvation problem for non-geared warrior, a improvement in both PVE and PVP.
While a geared warrior is still restricted by energy build up time and combo point. Thus limiting ability attack counts in a fixed time frame both in PVE and PVP.
Rage resource mechanic is a bad design. It is the root of the problem.
