Here's another quest for Uldaman from a goblin NPC in The Barrens of all places that chains from a level 18 quest;

Thank you everyone for the suggestions keep bringing them in I added 1 more quest from Healingrain (Requisitioning a Core from Uldaman). Btw I am checking to make sure that these are only custom quests. I want to use this forum post as a turtle only quest guide. There are lots of guides on classic wowhead that tell you all the classic wow quests. I have had multiple requests to add classic wow quests that can be found in other guides.
