Race in Shimmering flats

Ok i love the Race, its fun even so i ether loose or get kicked from the Track. Really after the first corner i have a 50% chance to get kicked even so im at the middle of the road and i did collect the balloons too.

But what is even worse, and made me panichearthstone off the Area is the fact i got pvp flagged. Im playing HC. Im lvl 36. There were multiply lvl60 Horde players on the stareing Line. Normally it gets mentioned when you trigger pvp, before starting a Quest on this server but here it just happened. So i thought i should share this issue here.

Also i hope im not dying before in the next few minutes until the pvp flag is gone.
