Revantusk rep quests in Amani'alor

Has there been a change to the Amani'alor village? I can get the quest to light the three fires but can't get the quest for the herbs and frogs in Ashenvale. Also, the npc's that gave rep rewards and the building they were in is gone, there are just little huts now. I'm currently at level 34 and there is a gray exclamation mark above the one npc I can get the flame quest from. Are the others only for higher levels? Or have I messed up the client somehow with the new patch?
