Tonal Stone: Kamio.... INACTIVATED?

So what has happened with this item:

Tonal Stone: Kamio


On either my Horde or Alliance players, it is now stating: "The Item Was Not Found"

Definitely one of the better RP or simple enjoyment items in the game. I hope this wasn't a license issue or something, but would appreciate some commentary.

I don't think this is a bug, so won't put in a report until I can get confirmation this was not inactivated on purpose.

I mean, if it's not gonna be a working thing, deactivate that quest. That's a lot of work for a trinket of no value.
