Duskwallow marsh bug

While in duskwallow on ridge by mirlocks i just killed a raptor... all fine. Then after fight i noticed i was still taking a bleed damage every tic with no debuff. the damage was about 74 each tick. I tried to log out would not let me as i was "still in combat" so i tried to heal what i could. after waiting for about 20 seconds and just watching my health fall further and further down, I moved away from beach still nothing i used a stam scroll nothing. at this point damage has been ticking for about a min. so i kept moving away finally at about 15% ish health i was removed from combat and "bleed like effect" disappeared. I had already accepted my death funny enough i had just hit level 40.

this scare has made suckwallow a no go zone for me for now.
