We've met some really cool people in TurtleWoW and the best part is sharing our differences.
Here is something totally new for us: Swedish meatballs with cream sauce (Köttbullar med Gräddsås)

I would love to take requests for dishes! Our budget is somewhat limited so no foie gras or wagyu please. 8) I will consider kimchi the first requested item to make and start research today! American cookbooks/tv shows have a bad habit of claiming "authentic" on a dish when it really isn't so I try to research and verify as deeply as possible! If I do something with a dish that is culturally inaccurate or seems out of place, let's discuss it!
