Is this a custom Turtle quest? I cannot find it or info about it anywhere.

This is the old World of Warcraft quest which is again in use on Turtle WoW:

They come from little baskets in Thunder Ridge around those Thunder Lizards:


The issue I ran into was that the players nearby picked them up so they didn't spawn in right away, even though the Lizard respawn rate is much faster (which makes it appear like there is nothing to gather/find)
