Rethban Ore from mining nodes in Rethban cave

There doesn't seem to be any Rethban Ore from mining nodes in Rethban cave.

Isn't there supposed to be a chance for Rethban ore to be mined from the nodes inside the cave?

Nope, they only drop from the drudgers.

If this is right, then it seems the drop rate from mining may have just been much lower in vanilla. Or the server isn't implementing separate 'tin vein' objects for the cave and is using the generic ones. Note that the ore is not a quest item, so this supposed 2% is global.
