Im not sure if you can see it, but its blurry. I tried to modifie ingame and NVIDIA pannel settings(not all of course, there are too many of them(maybe you know the right one setting)). Please help.

Mine looks like this as well. I maxed everything, and set resolution to my monitor.

If you're talking about the screen shot, itself, then that's because you converted it to a JPG.
If you're talking about the game, on the other hand, well…
… that's just kind of how the game looks? Even on the highest natural settings?
There are things you can do you can do to make the game a bit nicer-looking, but you have yo remember: this is a game from 2004. No matter what you do, it's gonna look "a bit crap" by today's standards – especially at higher resolutions.

Yes, like at your screenshot. I have played another classic project-Elysium and graphic there was much better. I dont understand
