seasoned wolf kabobs issue

i have the 10 lean wold flanks and the stornwind seasoning herbs. the quest is showing as complete in my log but Chef Grual in Darkshire is still showing the silver question mark not the gold one so i am unable to complete. Is this quest broken?

Abandon the quest and re-accept it again. Should be working fine.
