TRAINNER IS EATING MY GOLD WITH SAME SPELL RANKS

Hello:

Everytime I go to the trainner (mage) is giving the same ranks I already had trainned before. And its eating my gold.
I dont know if its a bug or maybe is the way the game should be. Im using pfui maybe thats the problem. Im not sure
I deleted WDB and didnt fix the problem. When u purchase a spell rank it should be removed from the list of spell available to train. PLease help
