Got an error when get a quest item

I tried to get quest item(can't say what the quest because can't login) and when I got this item game crushed for current character(with another everythng ok). Could enyboby help?

remember just the quest started in IF a Bloodelf npc, then need to go to tinker quartal in IF and then need to get item
