Error #132 Frostmane hold

Just trying to get some help, I am in Frostmane Hold and keep getting error #132. Read to contact a GM to teleport me out but do not know how to do that. Any help would be appreciated!!! :)

-EDIT- Finally got in after multiple tries over 2 days and was able to run out of Frostmane Hold in enough time before it happened again. I did delete my whole turtle wow folder and reinstalled (don't know if thats what fixed it or not)
