Used engineering plans and it failed and disappeared

I used the schematic to learn how to recharge pummelers but it failed once the progress bar reached the end and disappeared from my bars, please help I spent a lot of time farming that recipe.

also I have deleted WDB folder
opened another prof tab then engineering again
neither worked

Happened to me too, there I a github issue about Thai from January
