Shadowguard Spell Bugged.

I have just reached level 20 and learned Shadowguard troll priest racial.

However it is bugged, whenever you cast a spell on your self, eg heal or shield, it consumes a charges AND dameges YOU.

Please can this be fixed as it makes the troll priest racial totally useless.

I just hit 20 on my troll priest and noticed the same thing.

When you have Shadowguard up and cast a heal on yourself, shadowguard actually damages YOU and consumes a charge. When you heal someone else it consumes ALL stacks of shadowguard.

When you have Shadowguard up and cast Power Word: Shield, it puts you in combat and consumes a charge. I'm not sure what it does if you shield someone else since I'm not in a party.

Pretty annoying.

Seems like the Bug has changed to a new bug with this spell, now it does completely nothing

When it would be fixed? Create Troll priest for pvp just because of this skill

I also tested it this morning again and still Shadowguard is not working. The first charge of the spell will shoot off, but subsequent charges will not fire. Even if chain pulling mob to mob, the buff remains locked at 2 charges and will only ever consume the first charge when the buff is reapplied.

This severely kills the Troll Priest. Please give us an update on when this spell will be fixed, or if that's part of the upcoming patch.

there are still bugs to the shadowguard spell (as well as lightening shield). ranged and spell attacks does not trigger shadowguard while the priest under any shield effect. however, the melee attack will trigger the shadowguard under the shield correctly.

Any follow-up? Fixing this bug is quite important as it is the core mechanic of both shaman/priest
