Hello, in the starting location, I (I was level 6) was killed by a wolf with a skull and ran away. I was in НС mode.

Its not that Nobody wants to Answer you. Its only not a "Support" problem. You could have your Answer ingame in Chat too. You maybe buffed ore healed an PvP-flaged Player (the green Nameplates) which puts yourself in PvP mode .
So be careful. There are also Dudes out there, in PvP-Mode, which kindly asks you for buffs when there is a Ganker around, just for fun.
I still buff green Ones, but only at safe spots or before logout.
