Crashing non stop.

I first crashed 20 minutes ago on the fly between BB and SW
I then crashed 10 minutes ago while doing some craft in SW
And finally I just crashed a third time while inspecting my mailbox.

My WTB was empty on 2nd and 3rd crash.

Several guild mates reported crashing at the same time.

It is thus absolutely clear that its server related as it never happened before, not even once, and my install has not changed at all since I started to play here 1 week ago.

I understand that you might have technical issues. And I am fine with.

However I am NOT fine with this:

When your character dies, the game ends for you. If you choose to create and play a hardcore character, you do so at your own risk: we will not restore any deceased hardcore characters for any reason including connection problems, bugs, global warming, your little sister, or any other reason whatsoever.

If your server makes the client crashing, we can't be blamed to die if we were in combat.

Now I just don't want to play anymore because of this. I don't want to engage a mob anymore as long as I don't have the guarantee that you have acknowledged the issue, that you are working on it, and overall that you will restore any HARDCORE character that would have die of a crash.
If you don't then I am just stopping to play here and it is a pity because you are a f**** great server.

We are sorry to hear about your issues but hardcore characters won't be revived for any reason.

The crashes are not server side.

Possible list of fixes for the issue:
• Remove all addons
• Remove any aditional patches like darker nights and hd models.
• Apply the 4 gb patch https://ntcore.com/?page_id=371
• Make sure vertex animation shaders is enabled in video settings.
• Have Addon alocated memory set to a value that is not 0
• Turn off the antivirus
• Reinstall the client

My install is fine, my addons are supposed to be fine too if v12 addons are supposed to work on your client. I have leveled a dozen of lvl 60 characters on several private servers over the last 2 years with the same addons, and I never crashed like this. Overall I have not crashed on your server before and my install has not changed.
So we are supposed to play without addons?

This is just happening now on hardcore guild

Now you can lock me again since you dont want to hear that its server related. And on a side note: stating that server can't crash the client is just pure bullsh!t ;)

You were told to contact support on discord for assistance if the issue is not solved.

Problems can't be solved without enough of the necessary information provided.

Many addons and patches that are compatible with other private servers are not compatible with turtle because of the custom changes.
