Disabling Vsync

Hi, I just started playing Turtle WoW and I am having trouble disabling Vsync using the in game settings menu. Whenever I disable it, I get black screen and the game crashes. When I launch the game again the Vsync is still on. Is there a way to disable it outside the game using some cofiguration file or something similar. I'd really like to disable it because the Vsync limits the fps at 64 which is not enough in my case since I am using a 75Hz refresh rate monitor so I would prefer to play either with unlocked fps or capped at 75. Thanks in advance.
