Status of new starter zone quests for alt races

So listen, have tried for awhile in General and Support Discord forums, but not getting a mod response. I will try here:

What is the status of the new starter zone quests for other races?


I have done the High Elf quests on a Nelf before, and now I am no longer able to do that with another Nelf (lvl 8, neutral status). Has that changed, because I do not see documentation on that anywhere...

You can't do the starting zone for the new races with another race.
