Returning and need account recovery help

So I just got my forum information back, which is awesome but now I can't login to the game itself. Without the secret word is there no way for me to recover my account information at all? I've dug through everything I can in order to figure it out but I don't have anything saved.

I am going to go ahead and say i'm stuffed and just need to make a new account probably.
