constant disconnects and Login issues

So i opened a new topic previously because i cannot connect to the server because as everyone knows there are various issues with this server that the turtle wow team either wants to ignore or doesn't want to address. As my topic was simply ignored with a simple message of "the server is online" and that " it was off topic" What kind of support is this? How is this off topic?

Today I was playing and all of a sudden as it is common i got a DC, when i tryed to relog i get stuck at "Logging in to game server" it gets stuck either on one realm or the other.
VPN doesn't fix the issue as stated in the previous topic as if that was even fix, even if it worked why would I need to get VPN if never needed one?
It seems to me that i need support and this team doesn't provide any details or even allow my post.


I also tryed to get help from discord, but i cannot join via a in game button or anywhere else because they all say invite invalid.

Topics that do not have a subject or a question that can be answered in detail are automatically rejected with a short answer.
Most likely you have encountered this before.

I have familiarized myself with your question, which you have detailed in this topic and prepared a response for you.

The first thing I would like to draw your attention to is that at the moment there are no restrictions or problems on the server side. All the problems that were observed yesterday have been resolved. 99.9% of players enter the server without any problems.

The second thing about VPN. If when you turn on the VPN problem is not eliminated, it means one of two things
a) Your VPN does not work b) Your ISP is blocking the work of VPN.

And finally the third thing is the answer to the question “why should you use a VPN?”.
The fact is that using a VPN is not mandatory. However, if your ISP cannot provide or intentionally blocks access to our server, then a VPN is a great solution.

Unfortunately we cannot influence the work of your ISP.

Thanks for the comprehensive reply, yes indeed it happenened before. And the fix was to wait a couple of minutes and it would come back as if the server restarted.
As i noticed in fact it would happen when the server disconnected aswell because i had confirmation from other users, or i could join the PVP realm and was able to. But not today, as i'm not able to join either one.

anyway it's quite odd that my ISP which is the same as before now blocks your server. Do you have any ingishts on what might this be?

And what about the discord invitation that it says invalid invitation?

As i noticed in fact it would happen when the server disconnected aswell because i had confirmation from other users, or i could join the PVP realm and was able to. But not today, as i'm not able to join either one.

anyway it's quite odd that my ISP which is the same as before now blocks your server. Do you have any ingishts on what might this be?

Your IP has been banned from the server. - Please dm me your account name so i can look in to it

You are in too many servers (100). - Make sure you're not over the limit

The server is full (650 000). - Not relevant yet )

About ISP

Unfortunately we are seeing similar issues and reports from time to time by players from all over the world.

In most cases, these are temporary limitations on the part of ISP because they are working on the lines.

Sometimes it is directly related to the regulations of a particular government.

It's hard to guess the exact cause.

Over the last month or two, the server has started crashing more frequently. It is definitely a crash, or possibly a DDOS attack, nothing to do with ISPs blocking or anything. It usually comes up again fairly quickly, but today it has been down for ages.

It never happened before the first big update a few months ago, so I suspect an intermittent software bug.

It would be nice if there was a proper, honest, formal announcement, which could be followed up on with some progress reports.
