As odd as it is, and I'm still not entirely certain WHY it happened, but the 4 addons that I have incorporated into the "C:\TurtleWoW\Turtle WoW\Interface\AddOns" folder created their *OWN* folders inside "C:\TurtleWoW".
This caused them most of them to load, but not be entirely functional. Once I deleted the directories of those addons from C:\TurtleWoW and relaunched the game. All came back online and functional. I do not know *WHY* the other directories were created. Only that removing them allowed the ones in C:\TurtleWoW\Turtle WoW\Interface\AddOns to become functional again.
