Forum issue - cannot change global settings

I've got a problem with the forum - I'm unable to change any settings on Board Preferences > Global Settings tab as I get 'The language you specified is not valid." error message. However, there's no language selection box at all and the message is displayed even if I set all other settings on this tab (time zone, date format etc.)

Does any one else have the same problem or it's just me?
Checked on two different browsers.

It's not just you, this happens even when I try to change it. It will have to be looked at by our web dev, sorry for any inconvenience.
