I am a player from Australia. Since you updated the new queue system, I've noticed today that I need to wait for over 1600 minutes, while there are only a little over 1000 players ahead of me in the queue. This is something I've never encountered before. Is there any way to assist me in getting into the game sooner, or can you help me with my account? My account name is wowmotoo9295.
