Vinna Wayne bugged?

Vinna Wayne in Tarren Mill has a yellow !, and should give out Turtle-WoW quest "Wayne Manners"? But she just say "Greetings!" to me, and doesn't give any quest. Bugged?

Are you level 30 or higher? Have you cleared WDB? Are you Horde?

(Side note: folder is empty and write-deny for ALL users, so always empty)

Try removing write-deny for the WDB folder.

I got a new PC. Also a new girlfriend, and changed the lock on my front door. Should I try another brand of coffee?

I wonder if the problem is related to the fact that I earlier did all the quests in Alterac (incl. killing elites) before this custom quests was there? And now when I returned to Turtle WoW, this Turtle WoW quest pops up as a "!", but will not get it? Staff?
