Hey, new player. Need some help tweaking the client for better performance. Dwarf lvl 1 starter area and barely keeping low 50's FPS. most settings on medium. zero addons. Intel i7 [email protected], GTX 1080ti, 16gb RAM, SSD. I should be easily getting 100FPS. especially with 0 addons.
Any tips? i have the vsync enabled etc.... all the usual suspects but damn this client is not smooth. thanks, really excited to play here but this is ruining my nerd boner. Everyone in the Newcomer guild basically said "ya, we just live with it" but cmon there's gotta be a way to get better performance. Hectic raids and dungeons will be unplayable for me. please help!

Scanning some Discord chat, found a tip to lock the FPS at 64 for 60hz monitors. Also applied a 4gb Patch to help this old x86 client utilize more ram. You can find a link to this patch on this Support forum. FPS is now solid and gameplay smooth.
