Windows defender just notified me of a trojan virus that was from the "Turtle WoW 1.16.0\TWPatcher.exe". I don't know if I should just uninstall all of turtle wow to be safe, or what the proper action would be from here.

Most likely it's a false positive and the file is perfectly OK. You can upload this file here to verify (however you can never be 100% sure): https://www.virustotal.com

Thank you. Searching on the forum it probably is a false positive as turtle wow does not have a proper digital signature, but I want to be sure. I uploaded it to virustotal, and although I'm not sure what to make of all the information, I believe it's saying it's safe.

Probably, yes. FWIW I uploaded mine and it perfectly matches yours. So either I have the trojan already or it's a false positive ;)

Malware bytes says its a trojan got the result just now when it scanned. said nothing about it the other day.

I get this trojan message too from Defender.
