Is there a way to modify textures of existing models? I want to change the goblin texture since the hair and face look weird.
I did a quick fix in photoshop so that you can see what i mean

Re: Replacing textures?
So I managed to open the .MPQ files but it's a mess. Each file has several textures and a lot seem to be repeated. I changed some from textures.mpq first then a couple random ones from the other files to see if i can pinpoint the one that i want to change but to no results.
I am a little lost so if anyone know what I'm supposed to do please tell me. I tough that the textures where all neatly saved and laveled but as it is I cant find the ones I need.
I wanted to change the 3D model a little too but there seem to be several of those for the goblins too.
