This is not my work it was done by Uthil at the Model changing forum; however, I have made some edits to make it compatible with Turtle wow. This patch has the following features:
• Updated spell animations and sounds
• HD Textures (buildings dungeons towns etc
• HD creature models
• HD druid forms
DOES NOT INCLUDE HD CHARACTER MODELS.
DOWNLOAD:
INSTRUCTIONS: Place patch-5.mpq in your World of Warcraft installation’s data folder.
Also including a reshader to change the graphics up a little bit more this can add sharpening, light, shadows etc. FOR ADVANCED USERS ONLY | DOWNLOAD:
INSTRUCTIONS: Copy then contents of the zip to the ROOT of your World of Warcraft installation and open wow.exe. You will see a new window pop up giving you instructions to push Shift+f2; wait until you are in game to do this. Once you are ingame and have it open you can see the visuals you are able to play with in a list. There is a more updated version feel free to update if you would like.

The reshade is nice, but all (and more) of what's contained here is contained in and being regularly updated in the Turtle HD project. Please look forward to updates.

For some reason after installing this Mod all Goblins have Black antlers.
