request: TW Threat always on, rather than just in party

hi im new here, i tried to search for this topic but did not find anything so forgive me if i missed it.

Is there way to make tw threat always on, rather than only while in a party? The reason is because it shows pet aggro and would be nice to see that while playing as a hunter.
