Hi, after a long research I found an old functional version of WoW Model Viewer, I tried it and it takes my folder of WoW Mysteries of Azeroth, sadly, I can't make it open the custom patches.
It could be useful for modding, cause it exports the WoW Models to some formats, you can try it.
I will leave it here for your use if you think you can give it a use.
