Wanted: Raid Class Leaders

We're looking for raid class leaders to help with progression.

What does a class leader do?

Class leaders serve as the first point of contact for other members of their class who either want to start raiding or want to improve their raid performance. Class leaders are familiar with their class raiding guide.

Class leaders are knowledgeable about their class:

• Stat priorities
• Talent builds
• Spell rotations
• Gear upgrades (and where to find them)

Class leaders help keep an eye on other members of their class during raids. At the beginning of raids class leaders check that all the members of their class are ready with proper enchants, flasks, and other consumables. During raids class leaders keep an eye on who's following directions and who's not. And finally, class leaders help keep an eye on loot rolls so members of their class aren't missing-out on important upgrades during raids or rolling on gear that doesn't benefit them.
